1. Intelligent Flexible Metal Plate Production Line
It is made by Italian Salvagnini which features the highest degree of automation and 24-hour continuous unmanned working. It can realize automation of the whole metal plate machining process from the feeding of raw materials, cutting, conveying, bending and stacking.
2. Intelligent Flexible Switchgear Equipment Assembly Line
Through the coordination of the control system, the whole production process including the assembly of cabinet, conveying of the upper and lower parts, assembly of various components, and the cabinet testing, it realizes automatic assembly, mechanical arm operation, accurate positioning and sorting, automatic transport, self-diagnosis and alarming, which greatly reduces labor work and improves production efficiency.
3. Intelligent Flexible Disconnector Assembly Line
The disconnector production process, including the assembly of frame and components, inspection of experimental data and recording, it is activated by master control system with power distribution and also activated independently by the special machine. It realizes automatic assembly, mechanical arm operation, accurate positioning and sorting, automatic transport, self-diagnosis and alarming, and it also reduces production costs and improves economic profits.
4. Robot Application
The welding robots are controlled by digital program, featuring high welding quality and consistence. The welding robot has become one of the irreplaceable machining equipments in the welding of electrical products. The bending robot integrates machinery, electrical appliance, electronics and software, and can realize grabbing, turning, bending, and stacking, which improves the product accuracy and consistence.
